My boyfriend pays for everything in cash when he can. If we go grocery shopping, we hit his ATM for cash on the way. Some places won’t take cash, so he uses his debit or credit card in those instances. I’m the opposite. I carry some cash in my wallet just to have cash when I might need it. Usually $20-$40 or so. I buy my lunch with cash on the days I don’t telework. Sometimes my cash goes to tips and small purchases. My debit card is my go-to for most other purchases.
